American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She started her acting career in supporting roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). In the FX series Dirt the actress was Willa McPherson, a reporter. She also appeared in the supporting role on the show with a short run The Ex List. She played the role of a young Moira O'Hara during the initial season of FX's American Horror Story, and was Kaylee in the season's third. She portrayed Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She has voiced various characters in the show Family Guy, an animated comedy. She has been voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe on Netflix's Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was raised in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10, when her mother and she relocated to California [1] where they lived for a year before moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to become fascinated by photography, acting and singing when she was 13. Breckenridge relocated to Los Angeles with the help of her mother at age 15.
